Paid Media Strategist
Working with the internal and external teams you will create and implement strategies to nurture and manage existing clients. You will work with the client services team to win new business – all with superior customer experience at the heart of your decision making. The role of the PPC/Paid Media Strategist/Specialist is to define our clients (and our own) Paid Media strategy that deliver against our Client’s expectations; manage the communication, execution and delivery of the end to end process, across all paid media channels such as Google PPC, Retargeting, FB and LinkedIn Advertising; and manage internal and external teams through all phases of the campaign lifecycle to deliver and drive high ROI whilst maintaining a low cost to serve. Up to £35k based on experience.
Client Services Executive
The role of the Client Services Manager is to build meaningful and long term relationships with our clients. To nurture and manage increased adoption, revenue and retention whilst providing a superior customer experience. As well as managing client relationships, you’ll be tasked with the responsibility of strategic planning, growing revenue for your clients (and us) and maintaining client retention. Up to £25k based on experience + uncapped bonus potential.
New Business Development Executive
The role of the Business Development Executive is to grow our client base through ‘new logo’ wins. You will be responsible for the delivery of new clients via prospecting and following up on inbound enquiries; using solution selling techniques to identify client’s key objectives; match needs to solutions; deliver proposals; and close the sale, whilst providing a superior customer experience. Up to £30k based on experience + uncapped bonus potential.
SEO Executive
The role of the SEO Executive is to execute end to end SEO marketing campaigns through all phases of the campaign lifecycle; to nurture and manage existing clients, increase adoption, revenue and retention; whilst providing a superior customer experience. Up to £25k based on experience.
Digital Marketing Executive
Graduate Placement (6-12 months) – starting March 2022. Real living wage £9.90 per hour.
Junior Content Apprenticeship
Starting August 2022. Apprenticeship wage £4.81 per hour.

    How we support our local community

    Employee Events

    From cake bakes, to running marathons to jumping out of planes, each year our team commit to raising money for local and national charities close to our hearts. Since 2019, we have raised over £25,000. Here are some of the events from 2021:

    • Race to the Stones – raising £1200 for Doing it for Dan

    • 1 million step challenge – raising money for Diabetes UK

    • London Virtual Marathon – raising £377 for RMH Bristol

    • Time is Precious – raising money to support Curo Group

    • Charity Curry Night – raising £300 for RMH Bristol

    • Parachute Jump – raising £1300 for RMH Bristol (postponed to 2022)


    We know it isn’t just about raising money – for many of our team, the preference is to offer our skills, experience & time to help local organisations. Whether that is offering expertise on trustee boards, working with local sports teams or building websites free of charge, we allow our team to take the time to do what they can to support our local community.
